I built the crack, resistance and DC checked out ok. Plugged in headphones, bad hum in the left channel at low volume. Reflowed some joints. Resistance still checks out however DC is now off. Measurements below. Also LED that connects to A3 no longer lights despite solders looking good. Help please  ;D

It's alarming that 5 is reading 0V.  Can you post some photos of your build?

(BTW, the LED that's out won't light up until whatever is causing the problem at terminal 5 is resolved)

Added images to the original post. Thanks for your attention.

This could be as simple as the solder joint on the 22.1K resistor at 4U/5U not being adequately soldered.  (The 22.1K resistor on 1U and 2U is well wrapped and soldered by comparison)

I would also add just a little more solder to all the lower terminals on the front terminal strip.

I redid the 4U/4U terminals. Still no dice. Then I reflowed a bunch of other terminals. All is now well. Thanks again for your time and help!
