Reduction One LED won't light [resolved]

Just finished my Reduction build and was feeling very confident. Was very careful to get good joints, double check all the connections... but something is wrong...

Resistance check appears to be fine. Everything on the right channel looks fine, including voltages. On the left channel (aka, B side) one of the LEDs isn't lighting up. Also, the voltages are mostly in line (slightly lower than the manual, but close). And the terminals are all mirroring correctly, except terminal 31, which is very low.

All non-0 voltages are as follows:

2--70v
4--145v
7--67
13-61v
14--62v
15--67

18--67
19--62v
20--62v
26--67v
29--145v
31--44v

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I'd very carefully measure the DC voltage on pin 8 where you have that dim LED.  It may have been installed just a little too close to those tube socket pins, which can allow it to overheat and melt a bit.

Wow, okay. So while I was testing it actually flickered the LED a bit. I noticed that the untrimmed lead was, in fact, dangerously close to the center pin. I clipped it, turned it back on, and VOILA, it lit up. I totally thought I fried the LED while soldering.

It's now playing as we speak. I CAN NOT BELIEVE how quiet and mellow it is. My girlfriend hasn't even asked me to turn the music down yet.
