I think it's TubeDepot cloth covered PVC (I tend to lose track of where I get stuff :
). Don't get the 18 gauge as it's too big and insure you get solid not stranded.

It's been about 24 hours of vinyl spinning and this thing is completely shaming the Grado PH-1 I "used to have"
. If I had built this a few years ago I'd have more vinyl and less digital!

It's also pretty common to find 0.015uF caps, so two can be used to get your 0.03uF caps.
This would also give one the opportunity to measure each cap and come up with a combination that yields a matched pair. (I typically do this when paralleling EQ caps)
