Considering buying

1.a. Can I convert the BeePre to 2-input, (3 or 4)-output?
1.b. Easily?  (I can't read schematics, but I can occasionally solder a joint without burning myself.)

2. Does the BeeQuiet stepped result in a lot of microphonics?

1.a. Can I convert the BeePre to 2-input, (3 or 4)-output?

It's really easy to add splitters to the outputs.  It's not terribly difficult to adjust the selector switch for 2 inputs, but I would just wire it stock because the instructions are provided.

2. Does the BeeQuiet stepped result in a lot of microphonics?

There are some supplemental instructions to reduce the spring tension on the attenuator switches that make the switching action more gentle, which will reduce any microphony of the switching action through the 300B's.
