Question/Terminals 8 and 9 of the PT-1 0 power transformer

Hi everyone,

I have a question about terminals 8 and 9 of the PT-1 0 power transformer.  I noticed that terminals 8 and 9 are blocked by something transperent making it impossible to attach a wire. Can anyone help me figure out what to do?

It's just a little varnish from the manufacturing process. Scrape it off with an exacto knife, or even a small screwdriver blade.
