Need help, I finished my Crack and it works
wonderful. Now I Build the speedball in.
I powered the Amp on ans After few seconds I have a Flash and a Noise in the Output Tube. Now one Channel sounds
With a lot of distortion Not clear.
So I measerd the small speedball Board.
All volts was correct , but on the legt side I mesered omly 40V ! All LEDs light correct.
I cannot find the Problem.
Sorry for my Bad Language ( I am from Germany )
Best regards Thomas

Hello Thomas,

Can you post the DC voltages you have on the Speedball upgrade? We would want to see:
Small board - OA, IA, IB, and OB
Large board - OA, OB

-PB

Hi, thank for answering,
OA 74 V
IA 198V
B-A/B 0 V
OB 42 V !
Left Chanel is much quiter and distorted.
Right Chanel is loud and clear.
Bevor I Build in the small Board All was OK.
I Build out the Small Board…the same.
All LEDs Are Lightning.
The was a buzz and a flittle Flash in the
Endrunde 6080WC.
The large Board wasnt install yet.
Thanks Thomas

I would generally expect that low output voltage to be from a backwards Q1, but yours are installed properly. The solder joints on the Q2 transistors could use a bit more heat, and it's a good idea to put the LEDs in with the silver stripes facing out so it's easy to see that they are installed properly, but since they are glowing, we don't need to worry about that.

The low voltage on that terminal could also come from a missing ground reference. Soldering wires directly to an Alps Blue volume pot will frequently cause the pins on the pot to snap off, and that on its own could cause this problem.
