Potential Instruction Manual Edits

Here are a few potential discrepancies I found in the Crackatwoa build instructions:

-- p. 33, last step - I believe this should read "around the outboard bars"

-- p. 40, first step - 1-1/2" was too short in my case.  Adding 1/4" to 1/2" worked for me.

-- p. 56, step 2 - I believe this should read D socket.

-- p. 60, first step - I believe this should read "Insert and solder ....

-- pp. 36 and 37 -- Instructions call for 33k-ohm, 1/8-watt resistors; the parts list specifies 33k-ohm, 1/4-watt resistors
