Output Upgrade Voltage Check Quesiton

Hi all, just finished installing the output upgrade and did the voltage check.  Instructions say numbers for 45 & 60 and 46 & 51 should be approximate, mine were a little high - is this ok or do I need to do some trouble shooting?
