My 5th. BH build. FPIII, Paramount and two Seductions(one with C4S) were built 3 or 4 years ago. All were stock.
Now I have finished my Quickie, and most of the parts are upgraded. The plan is to convert it in to a head amp, but for now it's running the power-section of a NAD 314 integrated amp(driving Naim IBL speakers). Built it stock and were happy with it for a week.
Then I re-built it using the following parts:
-Audio Note pot.
-Black Gate std. 22uf/16V
-Obbligato Gold Premium 0,1 uf
-ClarityCap SA 2,0uf
-Dralorc 11K8/442K 0,6w resistors
-Mullard tubes
The re-build really made a difference.
