will the stereomour be able to drive a pair bw 601 bookshelf speakers?

i cannot find any reference to this discussion, i hope somebody can answer my query. sorry for being a noob

They will indeed produce sound with the Stereomour.  Your listening habits, music preferences, and room size will determine whether or not the Stereomour is adequate.

music would be maroon 5, accoustic. volume would just be for background ambiance. room size 10-15sq.m. not after the bass, more of vocal clarity.

Your music choices certainly lighten up the power requirement a bit.  The extra power from the Paramount will be extremely helpful, and having some headroom so that you can try wiring the amps for 4 Ohms would be nice as well (the 601 impedance dips pretty low kind of all over the place).
