No. The plate choke cannot handle the necessary 60mA, and the 4K transformer impedance is a little high - 3K is better. I am hoping to have a better plate choke eventually, but meanwhile you could use the Hammond 158L choke with a Bottlehead OT-1 or Magnequest TFA 2004Jr.
