Cool. But I'm still jealous over the fact that you are located in the same business park as a craft brewer. Some guys have all the luck.

Since I went dry last year it hasn't seemed like such a big deal that we are next to a brewery, a winery and a distillery. What's lucky for me is that there isn't a chocolatier in the park.

That is cheap.  Great chairs.  Have them in my offices and would have loved to pay a buck and a quarter for them.
