Hello, just finished the Moreplay preamp. All resistance and voltage checks were spot on. My issue is that when I connected it to my stereomour II and attempt to play music I am getting no sound. I have a Denafrips Aries II and MacBook Pro as my source. Since the Stereomour is an integrated amp are there mods that need to happen or am I missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Do you get sound when you go straight into the Stereomour?
Yes, the volume control on the Stereomour should be turned all the way up.87Coug said:
If that's not the issue, I would look over the volume pot wiring carefully to be sure it's connected as indicated in the manual. You can get perfect voltages and resistances and still have a substantial pot miswire that won't let any signal out.

The Moreplay manual does not mention it,but you might want to verify the 3 inputs and 2 outputs are working correctly. When I was done building mine, the middle input was not working because it was shorted from melting wire jackets while soldering. I was able to track it down and fix it.
Also, do all of the inputs on the Stereomour work?

Thank you, funny you mentioned that because one of the inputs (L1 & R1) dont work and I was confused and then I noticed the input selector only has 2 positions??? Did I mess up the install on the selector? Both output RCA's operate normally on the Moreplay. Regarding the Stereomour, all the inputs function as they should. Thanks again, let me know what Im missing.
