Moreplay and active speakers

I recently completed my first kit, a moreplay, and I'm really happy with the results. I'm currently using it to control source and volume for a pair of active loudspeakers (JBL LSR308), I haven't found any information regards using the moreplay for this application. I was wondering if cable lenght might degrade sound quality or limit frequency response.

The cable length could indeed degrade the response depending on the actual capacitance of the cables and what the input impedance/capacitance of the active speakers might be.
