Mirror image build issue (top plate brush on wrong side?) [resolved]

So I started the build and noticed that I think this top plate my have been brushed on the wrong side because my build is a mirror image of the manual (horizontal flip). Is it ok to build like this? I noticed this when I got to page 19, 3rd image and the way i clipped the lug would not fit because of the mirror image nature of the build.

I just responded to your e-mail.  Please don't proceed with your build on that plate, we'll get you a replacement ASAP.

Hold on Paul is the brushed side supposed to be on the top or bottom ?

The brushed finish is supposed to be the top side, but the way you have the parts populated is upside down.  It appears that you just have the parts mounted on the wrong side.
