LED issues with speedball upgrade

After finishing the initial build of the Crack last night all was well.  After finishing the build of the Speedball and getting everything hooked up I noticed that the only LED's that were lighting were:

The left LED on board A

The left LED of the two to the rear on the main board (which was bright and that heat sink gets real hot)

The right LED's on the main board lit but somewhat dim.

Not sure what went wrong here.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check that all the transistors are in the right locations and oriented properly.

Hey Dan this is Ajay.  I checked and I goofed up on the transistor locations.  Now the fun part circuitboard desoldering.

Wired everything up right and the B board LED's are not lighting up.

all the lihts are lightiing up now but my readings on 19 is 90V and on 20 it's 0.  Is that OK.

everything worked for a while and then the thee LED's on board b went out again.  I already touched up the thee contacts on the board.

My best advice at this point is to go back to the start of the Speedball upgrade and go through that manual and scrutinize each step of the assembly. If it was working and stopped that means a 99% liklihood that there is an intermittent connection. If you really get stuck bring it on by the lab and we will work with you to get it sorted.
