JJ vs eml

Has any one compared the JJ 2A3  40 against the
Eml 2A3-s tubes?  Saw you cannot use PIO in cc.
Not sure why???

Some PIO caps have earned a bad reputation for excessive leakage current and/or shorting out. This applies excess grid voltage to the power tube, which is very bad for tubes.
