Hello, I'm wondering how long I should wait before working on my amp? I've had it disconnected for about a day now. Just don't want to get zapped.

You can use your meter to measure the power supply voltage.  What DC voltage do you see between terminals 12 and 13?

That's 0.0004V, so probably safe
