ideas for vibration isolation

Does anyone have an idea for some DIY isolation feet (or something i could easily find at a hardware store maybe?)  I could use for a Quickie?  I put Herbie's tube dampers on the preamp and that gets rid of most of the ringing (and improved the sound a lot), but i'm looking to get rid of vibration transmission from closing my turntable cover or tapping the rack surface to the Quickie.  The tiny silicon feet i'm currently using (only a few mm thick) aren't doing the trick.  Thoughts?

Herbie's has squishy feet that might help.  Adding mass to the chassis along with the squishy feet is a good place to start.

We sell an isolation platform. For an inexpnsive alternative - it's not pretty, but the big bubble wrap can work pretty well as an isolation layer.

That sounds like a plan, Herbies is good stuff.  Are there any weights I could screw on to the inside of the chassis, or maybe there's a better way?
