How to adjust the bias for new tubes once The Kaiju is converted to a Monoblock

Hi all just trying to understand the process as I had a 300B tube blow and am replacing with a new set.  Thanks!!

The biasing in the Kaiju has absolutely no influence on the operation of the 300B, but rather it sets the plate voltage of the 5670 driver tube at the perfect spot.
