I have been unsuccessively trying to reduce transformer hum in my Kaiju for a while. I went back and reran all the various tests in the build docs. One thing I noticed is that the test on 10U and 15U are initially within specs (222V and 212V respectively), but both are falling at a rate of 0.1V every 10 seconds or so (mains power still being applied). After 5 minutes, there is a decrease of 10V. I was not patient enough to see how low I could get the readings, but with 15U it dropped below 200V. Is this normal behavior?

Yes, the B+ will slowly drop over time as the circuit's operation stabilizes.
