Paul Birkeland Moderator Staff member Sep 25, 2019 #4 Did the amp pass its voltage checks with the plate load resistors? If this was built with the Speedball from the beginning, this could be an issue of the solder joints at A4/A5 not being solid.

Paul Birkeland Moderator Staff member Sep 25, 2019 #8 The LED needs to be replaced. Sometimes they can fail from heat or pulling on the leads tightly, or if they sit in a humid environment they can end up like this once you solder them. -PB
