Is that the holiday about the miracle of the turkey lasting eight days? That happens around here, leftover turkey Friday, turkey and cranberry sandwiches Saturday, turkey salad sandwiches Sunday, turkey soup Monday....

Tea smoked duck is the fare for today, another first for me.  Thought I'd go all "Christmas Story" and have "Chinese Turkey"

Just a turkey here and 8 days sounds pretty short. It's just me and the cat so after the turkey and stuffing sandwiches and soup, there's a good bit that I vacuum pack and freeze.
