I have FINALLY finished my first Crack! I had a vision of how I wanted it to look but didn't know how to get there. After spending FAR too much $ on various lacquers, stains and a second wood base (ruined the first one) I'm happy with how "Sasha" came out. It only took a YEAR you guys!! ;D
Originally, I had planned to add a bare Bluetooth DAC board, but the ones I tried had very low output. It didn't make sense to chop the volume so instead I attached a Qudelix 5K with a USB extension mounted in the back. It isn't as impressive as a DAC board, but now I can connect by RCA, Bluetooth or USB as well as having access to the Qudelix app and its 12 band EQ. I love how it sounds stock but I will probably add an Alps pot and bigger caps because I do hear the difference between this one and my other Crack ( will post that one soon)
