Eros2 left channel has no sound

  Hello All, The Eros2 has no sound from the left channel. I have a Moreplay Preamp, and Paramount 300b monoblocks. I then power down, disconnect the Eros2, the plug a CD player into the Moreplay and both right and left channels have sound. I connect an old phono preamp(bottlehead) to the moreplay and both right and left channels work. I then disconnect the old phono preamp, and connect the Eros2 back into the system and both channels work. I looked at all the solder points on the Eros2 and I can not find anything off. I think it's time to send the Eros2 in for repairs. When the Eros2 is working it sounds Great. I'll try changing cartridges on my turntable... I don't know how that will help...

Hello Van,

The most useful thing to do is to try to capture voltage measurements when the Eros isn't working properly.  That can provide a lot of clues as to why that channel may be dropping.
