Crack + Speedball Smoked [resolved]

Hi everyone, I need help(again).
My crack+speedball get smoked(on 270 R psu ) and smelted.

When turn on, started from tubes glowing and then 'very glowing' on 6 leds(small pcb 2 x 2 and 12au7 2), the big pcb not glow(sometimes has glow(2 led) a moment and then turn off again and sometimes only glow 1 led)

And after 'very glowing' moment, it's slowly goes glowing normal again in 2 pcb led(4), and the 12au7(2) automatically turn off.

Here is the voltage check :

4 28v
5 2v
7 0v
9 0v
13 28v
15 93v
21 0v

You have incorrectly mounted your TIP-50 transistors. Re-read the instructions on page 15 and fix the error.
