Heya all. After some time, it seems that one of me leds in the small tube socket has gone broken. i had clicks in right channel, and "chopstick- test" showed that it was pin A3 in the small tube socket, and the led attached to it to blame.

Is it possible to get the electronic details about the leds, so i could pick one up from here in Finland, without having to ask dear folks at bottlehead to send me one?  :)
(so i could pick one up fom local electronic store)

It looks like these are a lower current version of the HLMP-6000.  While they might work, I wouldn't personally use them. (Mouser and Digikey disagree about the current rating)

It is NOT the same - the chemistry is different, which affects both the voltage and the dynamic resistance.

That said, almost any red LED will work. I believe the HLMP works the best, for a variety of reasons, but whether the difference is audible in a particular application is difficult to predict.
