Crack build issues

I just finished glow test.

I've encountered a minor issue: a 10mm screw not fit into a nut, so there's only one 7mm screw for the 9-pin socket. I'll find a 10mm replacement later. I also find it quite difficult to insert the tube into the 9-pin socket and very hard to remove it as well. I feel like almost crack the tube. Is there a way to make this smoother? I'll finish the rest of the work soon so I can enjoy music with it.

You want a tight fit there. It looks like it’s seated appropriately. I wouldn’t worry about it.

7 pin, 9 pin, and 12 pin sockets tend to be pretty tight when they are brand new, and will loosen up a bit over time as they are used.
