Cocobolo Crack Amp

Just finished up my first bottlehead crack amp w/speedball.  I found an interesting slab of cocobolo wood at a local wood shop and decided to make a new base.  Coated the base with CA glue and sanded/polished it to a high gloss finish with lots of elbow grease.

Very cool! Man, it must have taken a ton of glue to coat it.

Tons of glue and stuck fingers.  Also I learned the hard way that superglue + cotton = burnt fingers!
