Bottlehead is what got me started in DIY tubes over a decade ago. I  have built a lot of Bottlehead gear over the years for myself and for friends.  Well, here is a picture of my jump into a full custom scratch built linestage based on a 6H30.

OOOooooo... the insides are extremely tidy too.  No surprise here.

The cable wrapping is a lost art.  I haven't seen it in a few decades.  And the 12 Gauge ground buss is a great throw back.

Yes I am kind of old school. I do not think you will find hand lacing outside of aeronautical, military or NASA applications. Building like this takes patience.

Yes, this was done with a Tormach Personal CNC 1100 a friend of mine has in his garage.
