BH S.E.X. 3.0 Input Impedance

Hi! I planned to run my Hagerman Clarinet preamp rated 3K Ohm output impendance.
What is the input impedance of BH S.E.X. 3.0? Will the numbers matter?

The resistive input impedance is 100K, which is plenty high for a 3K source. There is some input capacitance to the S3X as well, but not enough to be of concern until the source impedance gets very high.
