Another rookie in need of voltage check assistance.

I am building the 120V version of the kit.
All resistance checks were great.
All of my voltage checks above zero were correct, but I have a few spots that should be at 0V which are slightly above.

Terminal 6: hops around in the 20-50 mV range
Terminal 10: hops around in the 5-20 mV range
Terminals 12, 14, A4, A5, B7 and B8 are all -1 mV.

Are these values okay?  Are they at all indicative of a specific problem?
