I have gotten where I can't sleep beyond daylight.  We get up at 5 AM Eastern every day during the week.  At this point I can't change my sleeping habits for the weekend.

I have to be at work at 6:30 on Saturday morning. It's 9:55 Saturday night and I just got home about an hour ago. So Friday nights are in fact are in fact a bit non eventful.
