With the added assistance from Bottle Head service and forum moderators I now have my amp running! I broke out one of my no holds barred preamps (choke input, tube rectified, 6H8C "6SN7" ) giant killer and powered the Paramonr up! The pre isn't very pretty but I am lazy and justify that by function over form. The combination does sound sweet though!
